Life Lesson Number 2 (aka: the one with all the bad language)

So uh yeah. My friend Alex, who lives in the same old piece of shit house that I do hypothesized that if he took several shots of whiskey and followed that up with the rest of his vodka he'd be really loose and have all sorts of confidence in himself when it came time to hit the town that night. Well he just ended up climbing out his window on to the roof and started hurling obscenities at the nieghbors, passerbyers, and of course us. You know how even the best laid plans can go awry sometimes.

We were all deeply ashamed and agreed that that Alex was out of line and probably needed some sort of help, but we let him go on for a while because most everybody was high on something and thought it was pretty funny.

Friendship

This is a video that a friend and I made for the 24 hour video race that was held here in Iowa City. I'm only somewhat proud it, not unlike the father whose son is terrible at sports but always tries really hard. But if you've got a fetish for continuity editing this is just enough to get you excited and ultimately angry with me.

Life Lesson Number One

The severe limitations of my potential have not been as readily clear to me as I would hoped they would have been at this point in my life.

In Which the Joys of Communication Are Knowingly Nodded To

Ah yes the smell of Fall. Leaves turning from lively green to deathly brown. Birds getting their things together so that in the coming months they can flee for their lives. Students returning to school, the novelty of it all soon wearing off leaving them aching for even the most boring of summer days. Fall is truely a beautifal time of year.
So it is with that in mind that I start this. I don't know what direction it will take really. I plan on posting video (for college credit), and probably adding in some writing as well (because I have no friends). If all goes as planned I hope to see at least one or two things that I am proud of placed here as well as probably way too many curse words and fake moustaches. I'm optimistic.
