Your sense of humor yet discussion of fears every cinema student has (or should have) are communicated well via the handheld, face-only. Keep it up, and maybe you won't have that toilet.
I totally did a very similar move when I was shooting to the "losing my hair" thing. I had on a hoodie and caught glimpse of my receding hairline in the camera and was annoyed. Jeez. I think it's necessary to have one point (at least one point) where you say, "shit, I really actually honestly have no idea what I'm doing" and then you can move on from there.
I'm not usually one for self-depreciating content, but I gotta say I thoroughly enjoyed your first post. Your tone has a rare something that's fresh enough to counter the otherwise downness of the subject. sweet!
